  • International Shipping: Comply with all customs and import regulations when shipping internationally. Provide accurate customs declarations.

6. Communication with Buyers

  • Professionalism: Maintain courteous and professional communication with buyers.
  • Response Time: Respond to buyer inquiries and messages within 24-48 hours.
  • Order Updates: Provide buyers with timely updates regarding their orders, including shipping confirmations and tracking information.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: Clearly state your return and refund policies in your listings.
  • Compliance: Return policies must comply with consumer protection laws applicable in the buyer's jurisdiction, including the EU's Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Processing Returns: Handle return requests promptly and professionally.

8. Seller Performance Standards

  • Order Defect Rate: Keep order defect rates (cancellations, returns due to seller error) below industry standards.
